Bu çalışmada; Bitlis Eren Üniversitesi kütüphane okuyucu dağılım ve profilinin belirlenmesi, okuyucu dağılımının iklimsel değişkenlerle olan ilişkisinin incelenmesi, modellenmesi ve ileriye yönelik okuyucu sayısı tahminlerinin elde edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. 2011-2022 yılları arasındaki okuyucu kullanım istatistikleri (cinsiyet, bölüm, kullanıcı profili, okuyucu sayısı, ortalama ödünç gün sayısı, eser sınıflandırması gibi) Bitlis Eren Üniversitesi M. Fuad Sezgin Kütüphanesi YORDAM otomasyon sisteminden, aynı yıllara ait iklimsel değişkenlere ilişkin veriler (sıcaklık, yağışlı gün sayısı, rüzgar hızı, basınç ve nispi nem gibi) ise Bitlis Meteoroloji Müdürlüğünden resmi olarak elde edilecektir. Verilerin analizinde ve modellenmesinde SPSS 25.0 ve R 4.2.2 istatistiksel paket programlarında zaman serisi yöntemleri kullanılacak ve elde edilen model istatistiksel olarak test edilecektir.
In this study; it is aimed to determine the library reader distribution of Bitlis Eren University, to examine and model the relationship between reader distribution and climatic variables, and to obtain prospective readership estimates. The reader usage statistics (such as gender, department, user profile, number of readers, average loaned days, work classification) for the years 2011-2022 will be obtained from the Bitlis Eren University M. Fuad Sezgin Library YORDAM automation system, and the data on the climatic variables (such as temperature, number of rainy days, wind speed, pressure and relative humidity) of the same years will be obtained officially from the Bitlis Meteorology Directorate. Time series methods in SPSS 25.0 and R 4.2.2 statistical package programs will be used in the analysis and modeling of the data and the model will be tested statistically.
